Our Story
Mia's Ice Cream wasn't born from a business plan — it was born from a refusal to accept mediocre ice cream as the default. After years of driving through the Hudson Valley and passing farm stands with empty coolers, we decided to fill the gap ourselves.
Everything we make is in-house, in small batches, using whole milk from local dairies and fruit from farms along Route 9. We spend more time on sourcing than marketing, and we think you can taste the difference.
